Apple Crumble Crunch Ingredients

• 1 green apple, peeled and chopped • Handful of sultanas • Pinch of cinnamon • ½ cup rolled oats • 4 Vive Lites Apricot & Coconut Cookies, crushed • Brown sugar, honey or sugar substitute • Yoghurt |
Method Preheat oven to 180-200 degrees Celsius. Mix the apple, sultanas and cinnamon together in a ramekin. In another bowl make the Crumble Crunch topping by combining the rolled oats, Vive Lites Apricot & Coconut Cookies, sugar/honey or substitute and enough yoghurt to make it crumbly but not sticking together. Spoon mixture over the apple mix and bake for 15 minutes (or longer if you prefer soft apples). Serve with low-fat custard. |
