Triple Chocolate Roll
Ingredients

• 250g packet of Cottage Cookies Triple Choc Temptation cookies
• ˝ cup milk OR ˝ cup of your favourite liqueur (Kahlua/ Bailey’s Irish Cream)
• 2 cups cream
• Cocoa powder
• ˝ cup walnuts, chopped
• 1 punnet of strawberries, chopped in half |
| 1. Beat cream until thick. |
| 2. Dip each chocolate cookie into the milk or liqueur and spread with whipped cream. |
| 3. Stand cookies on edge and continue until the whole packet is used. |
4. Coat the roll in remaining cream & dust with cocoa; sprinkle with chopped nuts and place strawberry
halves on top. |
| 6. Slice roll diagonally into 5 cm slices. | |
